Rosemary Feta Bread Pudding

This week I'm sharing three recipes for Thanksgiving hosting, potlucking, etc!

Planning ahead always makes my holidays much more peaceful. Type A over here! But by stripping down my meal plan to simple ingredients and simple recipes, my to-do list and time in the kitchen lessens!

This savory bread pudding did not last long in our house! It's not too rich or heavy. But has all the good flavors- herbs, roasted garlic, feta. yummmm!

So, add the ingredients to your Thanksgiving shopping list. Screenshot the recipe. And let's make Thanksgiving easy + delicious this year!

When shopping for sourdough, seek out a local bakery or market if possible. Quality (and true) sourdough makes the dish.

I let my bread pudding set for about 20 minutes, but I really wish I'd left it longer. In the directions, I mention letting it set 20 minutes to overnight. If you're short on time, no big deal. It's still delicious. If you want to make it ahead, I'd give it a few hours in the fridge with a few stirs to soak up all the goodness!

Good news! This reheats well. Throw it back in a 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes!
