Happy Friday! It's been so fun bringing you my Thanksgiving recipes this week. We're traveling to Ohio next Wednesday for the holiday, and I'm bringing these recipes with me to make for the fam. I'm taking the week off from the blog to be with family and focus on my business. So, I'll just leave this here and catch up with y'all after next week!
I've even been making this salad as a part of my weekly meal prep. Because I can roast the squash on Sunday, it's easy to pull out a fancy salad for lunches. Tangy, nutty, with the richness of the roasted squash- basically everything I want from any meal. Hope that you enjoy this fall salad goodness!
